● The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
● The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
● The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Please note that:
● Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
● Customized or special-order items are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

After we receive your returned item:

● If the product does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Refunds
● Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
● Shipping charges, handling fees, and service costs are non-refundable.
● In case of a product exchange, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
● Items on sale or clearance.
● Customized or logo-branded workwear/uniforms.
● Consumable safety items (e.g., gloves, masks, respirators) due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.
